Once you are subscribed, you can access both the live class calendar and the on demand library.


Current timetable  example

Mondays 8.45am The all levels mat one.

Tuesdays 8am mixed/intermediate ability. Pure mat Pilates.

Tuesdays 9am The Functional strength one. Bring weights for strength training for all levels.

Thursdays 8am Pilates funk - Pilates with a twist. Might be equipment, might be doing moves in a different way. Not suitable for beginners.

Thursday 9am. All levels pure mat Pilates.

Fridays 8am. Strength training. Bring weights.

Fridays 9am The full body deep stretch and relax one. All levels.

We often use small equipment but have lots of ways to adapt.

All live classes are 45 mins max.


Library available "on demand" 

We currently have 12 categories with 100's of classes from beginner mat to weight training and everything in between. We have specialist talks, guest teacher classes and the popular Snack Bar for exercise snacks!

 A brief description will give you guidance but I am here to help with any questions.
