Come and join me from the comfort of your home as I teach you a mat based Pilates class and send you a weekly recording of every class you attend. All levels catered for. 

Recorded Classes

Just click on the class below and join me for a virtual class. You will need to have Zoom downloaded and make payment via my online booking page. On receipt of payment you will receive a password. 

Choose from group or individual classes.

All my classes are mixed ability but some lean more towards beginner and some more towards the more experienced, so please get in touch so we can discuss which suits you best.
Each class is currently held in Beaulieu Village Hall and lasts 55 minutes, just take a look at the timetable to find a time to suit you. I’ll use a selection of small equipment to add fun, challenge and variety to class.

All classes are run in blocks of around 6 weeks and are payable in full, in advance, with the option of swapping to another class if you have to miss your own (subject to space availability).

If a group class isn’t for you, I’m happy to arrange a 121 if you’d like a more tailored approach to Pilates practice.
