Block 3. Week 1. 8 - 12 June


Welcome to our 3rd block. We are into nearly 3 months of online classes and I think on the whole we are managing brilliantly. It is so lovely to see you all on screen. Don't forget to log on 15 mins or so before class so that you can check your connectivity, adjust your screen angle and have a chat. If I am not there, my mat will be along with any eqipment we will be using (if relevant)

I have triple checked my class codes against my webtsite and also asked my web expert to have a check too. There are two different areas on my website where you can click to join classes so if for some reason you are having difficutly, please try clicking on the other page. I will always have my mobile with me so if you are having problems, ring me. 

PLEASE contact me by phone (what's app or ring) or (for general enquiries) email. Please avoid contacting me via Facebook or Instagram messanger as I won't check here and it just all gets a bit out of control. 
 
I will be putting up more infomation next week about recorded classes to purchase. 


Connection issues. Please remember to install the latest version of Zoom, delete temporary internet files/clear browser history and reboot your device

Tough - Intermediate/Advanced    Mixed ability    Beginner and all levels 

Please do not be put off by the level. For example in the Intermediate/Advanced, it doesn't necessarily mean all the exercieses are an advanced level but generally I will moving the exercises on more quicly with less recovery and less teaching cues so if you are confident in your practise and have experience, you can join in and modify and adapt where you need to. Likewise, the BEGINNER classes are a great opportunity for you to revise your practise and check in on where those bad habits may be sneaking in. Never understimate the demand of the BEGINNER AND TECHNIQUE classes! Feel free to give me a ring to discuss the class level and how appropriate it will be.

TIMETABLE FOR BLOCK 3. JUNE 8 T0 JULY 3. 

Monday 9am: Magic Circle and a toilet roll 

Monday 10.30am:  Soft ball and a chair. 

Tuesday 8am: . A broom handle, stretch band and two freezer clips. 

Tuesday 9.15am:  This week we are looking at golfers!! Have your stretchy band and soft ball. 

Tuesday 6pm:  "Master the push up" - no equipment 

                          Wednesday. No classes but there are plenty of pre recordeds for you to follow - hovver over "Online Classes" on my website and "Online Videos" will drop down for you to select. 

Thursday 8.am:  Just you and your mat. No equipment. The Abs blaster. 

Thursday 9.30am: Block - a large book can be used and a cushion. 

Friday 8.30am: The circuits class. Two small handweights. Magic Circle. Flexiband 

Friday 9.30am: The mobility, stretch and wind down class. 

We will be using the roller next week so if you want to join, you will need to order one now!
