Block 5. Week 4. 21 - 25 Sept

Hello everyone. 

What a week! You have all worked SO hard and I have really enjoyed being more interactive.... although I hear there have been a few comments to "friends" (who feed back to me!!!!! ...oh yes, they do! ) that have been a few "OMG now she can see EVERYTHING, its a NIGHTMARE" comments..... very entertaining!!!  and YES - I can!!!  and I LOVE it!! so you have been warned!!! I have loads of recorded classes to keep rotating so I intend to do plenty more interaction so please remember to be "off mute" and chat to me! Let's make it as close to a face to face class as we can so do please feel free to share how you feel (well - to a point.....) and ask if you are not sure and let's work together as much as possible! Seeing and chatting to you in my living room really is a pleasure! 

As you know, I open every class 15 mins before we start so please pop in with your  coffee/mint tea/water and lemon around 5/10 mins before and let's have a pre class catch up!

This is the last week in the block so as Boris tightens restrictions and it all starts to get a lot more boring again, do remember to subscribe to the new block. Whatever happens "out there", in here is still consistent and going strong!

PLEASE ALWAYS HAVE A CLEAR SPACE TO WORK IN WITH PLENTY OF LIGHT AND VENTILATION. PLEASE REMOVE ANY OBVIOUS HAZARDS. 

 Have a couple of towels handy. Really useful to roll up as a lumbar support, to pop under knees to soften straight legs, to fold up under your head etc. etc......

Monday - 9am. Working with the towel. Full body workout. DO NOT underestimate the power of the towel!  Have a tennis ball/prickly ball to start with. Interactive. 

Tuesday - 8am Just mat. ALL ABOUT THE ABS. Interactive and it is going to be tough (but there are ALWAYS ways to reduce the challenge so come along!)

                 9am. Have your flexiband and a cushion/blocK. Focusing on pelvic stability and pelvic floor connection. Have your prickly ball/tennis ball to start with. Interactive. 

Thursday  8am. 34 Moves. Yup. Come on you warriors... and interactive so forget any short cuts.... 

                9.15 Working with the wall. If you dont have a wall, use a door!!!!! Angle your screen accordingly as we are interactive. Have your prickly ball/tennis ball to start with. 

Friday.      8am. Just mat. Recorded and a repeat of today's class... gulp.... 

                9am. Just mat but always have your usual props. A lovely wrap up to the week with stretch, mobility and relaxation. Interactive.
