Last week of live classes of 2020

Well Class of 2020!!!! WHAT a year it has been and how much have we all learned?

If you had mentioned Zoom to me in February I would have thought of Fat Larry's band and as for all of us doing our classes in our lounge, kitchen, garden, garage!!! ... learning about log on issues, where the wifi works in the house.... we have all learned SO much! I have really, really enjoyed getting to meet so many new class members and to see so many of you improve beyond all measure with multiple classes and practise every week. I have really appreciated your commitment to our classes and your company, albeit over a screen but to see so many of you in my lounge every week has been wonderful.

A huge thank you to Karen Macleod for the Pelvic floor mini worshop - Karen has some 40 years' experinece as a Physiotherapist and over half that as a pelvic floor specialist so it was a real treat to have her knowledge and experience. The session was recorded and is up in the library under the "bite sized" classes tab.

There are now close to 100 recorded classes of all levels, ability and intensity so I really hope you feel you are getting great value!

SO next week, please do stay on and join me for coffee on Monday after class, join a early morning Wednesday HIIT, enjoy a (very rare - don't do evening classes these days!!) Thursday evening class and stay on for a glass of your favourite tipple and again, after the 9.15am class on Friday stay on for a coffee.

Your current block expires on Friday 18th December so please remember to subscribe to be able to acces the ever growing library of recorded classes, (currently 87 and counting) to keep you ticking over and ready to start the new live classes on Monday Januray 4th. Once you are subscribed, you will be able to access via the calendar as you do currently for the new classes and continue to have full access to all the recordeds.

The new class info will available on the calendar as soon this week's classes end. Dont forget to subscribe! I need to keep numbers up to keep the cost down!!

I really hope to see as many of you as possible during this last week and all that remains is for me to say an enormous THANKYOU for your loyalty and support and I wish you all a very, very Merry Christmas. Stay safe and see you on the other side.xxx
