Those of you coming to my studio – As you may know, Palace Lane in Beaulieu is currently closed but if you continue on and take the Ipley cross roads route, it is only another 10 mins to your journey.

Believe it or not, we only have 4 weeks left of this term before we break up for Christmas so please do try and catch up on classes you have missed. I will continue to send out ad hoc places where I can.

Im still bonkers busy – Im off to London again this weekend to do another barre course with my good Pilates buddies Tali and Jo which will be really fun (and very, very hard work) and next weekend sees me in London again for a weekend course to qualify to teach Nordic Walking which I will be using when I start teaching at Jason Vale’s retreats next year. I now have all my dates and am so excited and am currently sourcing superb cover for my classes back here in my absence. More of that later.
