However I do want to just mention our walk and lunch last week. 

As most of us are online, the social side of our community is really important to me and meeting up is always a joy. 

Last Saturday a group of us met at Fritham for a lovely if occasinally  wet walk. Along with a large mix of dogs, we walked, talked, succusfully jumped over streams, unsuccessfully jumped over streams and put the world to rights. 

We met the second group at pub for lunch and it was great to see those who could make it. 

Very amused that wingwoman Clare and I were in matching black leggings &  pink socks! (Can you see little Gretle peeping through Clare's legs?!)

The 5 Day Challenge - I sent out a follow up email with links to all recordings last Sunday, If you didn't recieve, plesae get in touch and I can send over to you. 

THE ARCHES  updates - I am delighted that the spaces filled almost as soon as I posted them and all classes are once again full. Spaces only come up very occasionaly so please make sure you are subscribed  to my mailing list to hear of availibility.
