I will see you on FACEBOOK this evening at 7pm for a workout with a twist followed immedatiely by...
7.30 on Zoom for an abs and glutes workout - please email me for the code if you do not yet have it - this class is an exra and is not on usual timetable. You need a mat and a toilet roll!!
Wednesday - the class will remain at 8.30am - I will leave everything "as is" for the remainder of this block.
Mondays 4 and 11 May - I will be running a "Pilates for runners" free class at 7.30pm. Please email for the zoom code.

Tough - intermed/advanced Mixed ability Beginner and all levels
Monday 9am. Just you and your mat.
Monday 6pm. Just you and your mat (and a block/cushion)
Tuesday 9am. Flexiband - a dressing gown cord or pair of tights if you dont have a band.
Tuesday 7.30 . Please have a toilet roll.
Wednesday 8.15 You will need 2 tins. Soup/beans/chickpeas... as long as they are the same size and weight.
Wednesday 9.30am. A band or similar and a soft ball if poss.
Thursday 8.30am. The Magic Circle class.
Thursday 9.30am Just you and your mat.
Friday 8.30 - The Circuits class. Toilet roll, 2 x tins of beans, a towel and a broom handle.
Friday 9.30. Mat, cushion and a quiet space to work in.
