I have been delghted to welcome some new faces to our online Pilates family and really enjoy seeing you all every day. We really have become a little community although there is still room to improve on the whole interacitive "you speaking to me" thing!!
I dont know how to break it to you but this is the last week of the block and next week is the LAST BLOCK OF THE YEAR! Yes! You did read that correctly......all the more reason to sign up and get your fix! I will be updating the recorded classes and will be planning lots to keep us entertained and challenged with a few Christmas treats along the way.
The next block dates are Monday 23 Nov to Friday 18 Dec.
Please make payment for the LAST BLOCK OF THE YEAR (did I mention that??!) by no later than Friday 20th please.
I have been rather busy with doing all the work wiht The 30 Day November Wellness Challenge and I really hope lots of you are taking part and enjoying it! Today involves dancing so I hope you will take part in your own kitchen disco!

Class info for next week. Block 7. Week 4. Nov 16 - 20
Red - int/adv Orange - mixed ability Green - all levels
Please get in touch if you would like to discuss the class levels and what will suit you best.
Get a tennis ball and give your feet a massage before you start the class.
Monday 9am Have your flexiband and make it into a loop with a freezer clip OR have your fit band
Tuesday
8am - Flexiband
9am. - Two tins of soup and a hand towel
Thursday 8am. The Pilates pole (a broom handle without the head on it!!!)
9.15 - The Pilates pole - see above
Friday. 8am.Sequences. No equipment
9.15am. Just mat but always have your usual props. A lovely wrap up to the week with stretch, mobility and relaxation. Interactive. Start with foot massage as before.
