I would like to introduce my final and most amazing supporter Lou Johnson from Box Pr. Lou runs her business in Pr and marketing in the marine industry and she really did not expect to be promoting a Pilates business. However as is her typical sunny and positive way, Lou has supported me tirelessly over the years, helping me with social media, group mailings and so on and has run a couple of really successful Digital Marketing workshops on my Pilates Teacher’s network. A keen runner, sailor, SUP’er and general fitness fanatic, Lou has worked so hard with me over the last few weeks and there have been emails at 10pm, what’s apps at 7am and ideas and copy flying back and forth endlessly. Our lovely grid is Lou’s work and I want to give her a huge shout out and thank her from the bottom of my heart.
