Juliet's Pilates online. 

I have now got everything interactive and I hope, easy to navigate. From now you can access classes via my webiste, www.julietspilates.com. From here you will easily find my online classes timetable and you can now, with a few clicks, access my live classes. I suggest you access the class a few minutes early incase of any glitches. I wil be online around 15 mins before each class to be available for any connection queries. If you do have connection issues, please ring me on 0773 6359062 rather than emailing me as once I have opened the class, I won't be looking at emails. 

So to clarify - you do not now need to email me to register interest and request codes but instead visit my website and book yourself onto the classes of your choice. 

As you know, all classes are currently FREE and you are invited to access as many classes as you choose. Every class will be videod and shared online for 7 days for you to practise before your next class.  If for any reason you are not able or willing to access the live classes, you can still access the videos to allow you to practise at home. Currently I am offering a scaled down timetable but after Easter I will be impletmenting an online payment system and will be offering a fuller timetable.

All my Facebook Live videos are also available to you under the (newly amended) title of "Latest News".

We are all learning new technological skills and if you would like help with understanding Zoom, please let me know as I have some excellent "You Tube" training videos to share with you. 

Please share the classes with your famiy and friends. It has been wonderful to reconnect with clients who have moved away and abroad and to enable relatives and friends to work out in the same class but from different parts of the globe.
