November challenge. Day 17

Day 17


Good morning and welome to day 17. Are you managing to drink more water? Do some simple daily mobiltiy? Tick off your grid to prove to YOU that you can add one good habit a day?

Today is a standing leg series using some basic ballet moves. "Reduce the range of movement if nec. and rest one hand on the back of a chair. This one definitley deserves some photos!!  Excuse my clicky knees!!!!

"Exercise Snacks!!

Standing with feet wide and heels turned in

  1. Double heel lifts
  2. Double knee bends (small Plie's)
  3. Plie with one heel raised
  4. Holding Plie, alternate heel raise
  5. Holding plie, lift one heel, lift the second, lower the first, lower the second and so on. 

6. Double heel raise into straight leg, return heels, lift heels, plie, return heels

Repeat every time you boil the kettle for a glass of room temp. water!!
