November challenge. Day 18
Day 18
Good morning and welcome to Day 18. Today is simple - get up and go for a short walk. That is ALL but... can you do it? Can you find 10 minutes? You KNOW you will feel better for doing it - not a proper walk but a get away from your desk /chores quick walk.
When you sit down later, have a look at Oh So's recipes - warming porridge with all the trimmings. You cannot deny how amazing this looks AND the chocolate is low calorie AND is a pro biotic AND I can guarantee it is delicious - the rasberry chocolate is my favouite. How about you make some and send in your recipe ideas?
Anyway, you need to get up and go for that walk first!!!
