Good morning and welcome to a new week and our last full week of this 30 day challenge.
Keep drinking that water to flush out the system, plump up fine lines, hydrate the body....keep doing those exercise snacks to raise your heart rate and develop your cardio vascular (heart and lung) system and have a few days alcohol free and see how fabulous you feel at the end of the week!
