International Stress Awareness day
I imagine that even the most relaxed amongst us are feeling the stress as we head towards Lockdown Season 2. I hope today's video will be soothing and help to relax even the most stressed mind.
Also Wednesdays are recognised as "Hump Days" - the tough middle of the week day to get over so a big thank you to The Kitchen Social who have very kindly provided us with this little recipe. I hope you can factor in some relaxation and breathing and then treat yourself - you deserve it!
Almond Butter Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
Pitted Dates (Deglet Noir good)
Good quality almond or peanut butter
Spoon a teaspoon of nut butter into each date.
You can freeze them and eat them like toffees or eat fresh for a chewy, sugar free snack.
Delicious and indulgent.
